Step by step you will make a pickaxe to cut woods quicker and create some shelter. So use this stone to cut some wood and set a fire. You will soon realize that you will not find anything else for now and need to act with what you have. All you have at the beginning is a torch and a sharp stone. Look around and you may be able to find a discount on Steam, Humble Bundle, or the storefront of your choice.You will start this deadly adventure literally barehanded. Thankfully, it tends to go on sale quite often. If you want to play it, you’ll have to fork over some cash. In short, Rust is not a free-to-play game. It’s also unclear whether or not PS5 and Xbox Series X|S version of Rust are in the works. However, without definitive launch plans in sight, it’s unclear how much these console versions of the game will cost.
